I made myself a few stress buddies to help calm my anxiety when studying for tests while in Nursing School and figured I would share them with you guys!
These are a soft, squishy and handmade with 100% Superwash Merino Wool and 75% Merino wool/25% Nylon yarn with 100% recycled polyester fiber fill and poly pellet beads that are secured in a pouch inside the stress buddy.
Not suitable for small children as there are plastic safety eyes in the ball. Each buddy is about the size of a tennis ball.
